RTA Assistance is delighted to announce the launch of its new website. The site’s clear design and easy navigation helps those seeking information on RTA’s services and is also the best online resource for companies to find out the advantages of working with RTA.
Experts in dealing with road traffic accidents, RTA works with insurers, brokers, solicitors and repairers to find the best solution to get drivers back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Before the launch of the website, RTA was the industry’s best-kept secret, having built up an extensive network of contacts and clients through years of hard work and excellent results. In order to keep up with the demand of enquiries, RTA decided to build a website to help the growth and expansion of the company.
As well as FAQs, latest news and contact details, customers can find a full breakdown of the services offered by RTA. The homepage is helpfully separated into sectors: Insurance brokers, bodyshops, fleets and taxi operators/drivers. Visitors simply click on the relevant area to find out more.
RTA director Chris Smith said: “Our business has changed considerably over the last few years, and this new website really gives us the opportunity to explain how our resources and capabilities have grown.”
“We are helping ever-increasing numbers of individual motorists now, as well as forming really strong strategic business partnerships with insurance brokers and fleet operators. Our core areas of serving the bodyshop sector and the taxi market are also continuing to grow and we hope the site will show other potential partners exactly why it makes sense to talk to us.”
The management team at RTA worked closely with East Midlands creative agency Warm & Fuzzy to design and develop the new website. The launch of the site completes the first stage of planned marketing communications activities for 2011. To build on the success of the business and grow into new areas, RTA will be rolling out more marketing initiatives throughout the coming year and beyond.
